Salli has been singing professionally for the last four years. Her beautiful and powerful voice is well suited to the range of material she performs, which covers everything from Janis Joplin and Aretha Franklin to Patsy Cline and Sheryl Crow.

Jimi Brown has been playing professionally nonstop for over twenty five years. He is known for his wide-ranging musical tastes, bringing a mix of rock and roll, funk, blues and jazz to every gig. Over the years, Jimi has played with Tyme, Paint The Town, Flashback, Hot Wire, Salli & Jimi and for the last year, with Salli and the Salivators. In addition, Jimi has recorded two CDs - one of all original music (entitled Eclectic Guitar, which has been featured on WSTW’s Hometown Heroes) and one of solo classical guitar pieces. He is in the midst of completing his third CD, concentrating once again on his original music.

In 2006, Salli and Jimi released their first CD of all original music, titled Been Seen On The Road. This CD has been garnering rave reviews and has already been featured on WSTW's Hometown Heroes. The CD may be purchased at www.cdbaby.com, or at all Salli and Jimi shows.

Together, these two play a wide variety of music, while always maintaining a high degree of professionalism and fun. Every gig with S&J is unique, and this duo is a must see.
